MonteLago Builders, Inc. was started with the core purpose of “Building ever-lasting relationships throughout the construction industry in order to achieve superior client satisfaction.”  Too often we have heard stories of unsatisfied clients and have had similar experiences ourselves.  Having primarily worked in commercial construction where costs are important, there is not as much personal commitment.  While, MonteLago Builders will continue to perform selected commercial projects, custom homes are the primary focus of the company.  In order to fulfill the company vision MonteLago Builders is doing everything it can to be a leader in building more energy efficient homes.  An early step in this process was to become an Energy Star Partner.  MonteLago Builders has also volunteered its time and knowledge to the City of Fort Worth’s green building task force, anticipating performing projects based on the new National Green Building Standards to be released in 2008.  This field is ever changing and MonteLago Builders is committed to continually staying on the cutting edge of energy efficiency and environmentally friendly products.

MonteLago Builders, Inc. offers several delivery methods depending on the needs of the client and the project including Design/Build and Construction Management (CM/GC).

Design-build is a project delivery system that enables you to contract with a single entity, MonteLago Builders, Inc., to manage both the design and construction phases of your project. As your single-source design-build contact, MonteLago Builders works to: assemble frictionless team environments; control costs and schedules as we monitor all phases - from planning to design to construction to completion; and to ensure that your price and quality expectations are met.  This delivery method is often chosen when a shortened schedule is a primary goal.

In the role of Construction Manager, MonteLago Builders manages cost control, schedule control, constructability, value, and subcontractor selection. This delivery method allows MonteLago Builders to team with architects and project engineers early in the pre-construction process, which can significantly accelerate your project’s implementation and completion.
