Jamison McGlasson, President and CEO


Jamison McGlasson, President and CEO, earned his BS degree in Construction Science from the top ranked Texas A&M University and has received CGB Designation. He has worked for national general contractors in various locations across the country building for companies such as AOL, Bank of America, IKEA, Toyota, Hilton and Hillwood. These projects provide Jamison with the tools and skills necessary to operate in a fast paced and financial-accountability driven environment - skills that benefit all clients. Jamison is an active member in National Association of Home Builders, Greater Fort Worth Builders Association, Texas Builders Association, Energy Star, and the Project Management Institute. He also serves as a board member for the Parker County Builders Association.
 
James Neyman, CFO and Founding Partner


James is a successful entrepreneur who has been in the construction industry in Fort Worth for over 30 years. He began his career in Keller, Texas focusing on residential home building later expanding by starting Neyman Electric and acquiring Austin Electric.
As a natural progression he moved into commercial and residential development. James is a charter member of the Texas Motor Speedway Club, a member of NAHB, and Board Member of IEC of Fort Worth, and is an integral asset to the foundation of MonteLago Builders, Inc.
 
Doug Hayes, Austin Regional Manager


Doug has over 10 years of construction experience. Having spent the last six years in Austin, Doug has successfully managed new construction and special projects ranging from $150,000 to $25 million. Doug received his BS degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M. His interest in sustainable construction methods and materials have led to his Green Advantage Certification from the US Green Building Council and has had several projects receive ratings from the Austin Energy Green Builder ratings.


 
Heather McGlasson, Marketing Director


Heather has been providing marketing services for large general contracting and architecture firms for over 10 years. She is excited to be marketing for an up and coming company and all the challenges that come with this new role.

Heather uses her MBA from the University of Maryland and her extensive industry experience to help the company maintain a professional image. Heather enjoys participating in such organizations as Rotary International, Habitat for Humanity, the Society for Marketing Professional Services, and the Association of General Contractors.
