While this retail build-out of a franchise coffee shop in Keller may seem like a small project, it included some unique and challenging aspects. Converting parking in front to provide patio dining, adding a drive-thru window to an existing exterior wall, installing a-typically designed ceiling framing just to name a few. The 1,800 sq foot tenant improvement project included the installation of all plumbing, electrical and the addition of a drive thru window. |
