To ensure quality standards are met on all of our projects MonteLago Builders believe in the use of new and advanced technology and proper construction methods and techniques; whether it is through Energy Star program on the residential side to LEED certification on the commercial side. This qualification is based on the use of new and advanced technology and proper construction methods and techniques. For example, the use of larger size exterior walls, energy efficient windows, above standard R-values for insulation, properly sized AC system, continuous soffit venting, gasket can lights, etc. Energy Star Rating or US Green Building Council LEED Certification can be obtained by any client and is recommended by MonteLago Builders.
